PURCHASE WITH CLARITY
A fair refund.
A clear process.
The same guidelines apply whether you purchase for yourself or for your child. Request a 100% refund within 7 days of successful payment—even if you have started the course.
Paid enrollment is not open. These guidelines describe refunds for ReadyARC course purchases. Free practice does not require a purchase and has nothing to refund. A private sandbox payment is a test; no real money is returned.
How to request a refund →What qualifies?
| Situation | Refund | Eligibility |
|---|---|---|
| Within 7 days | 100% | Support receives your request within 7 calendar days (168 hours) of successful payment. Starting lessons, practice or a timed draft does not remove this option. |
| Duplicate charge | 100% of the duplicate | We confirm that the same purchase was charged twice by mistake. The duplicate charge is refunded; the original valid purchase remains. |
| Course unavailable or unresolved access failure | 100% | If ReadyARC cannot provide the purchased course or resolve an access failure after reasonable troubleshooting, the affected purchase qualifies even after 7 days. |
| Change of mind after 7 days | No standard refund | There is no automatic refund or prorated refund for unused time after the 7-day window. Other documented exceptions are considered individually. |
The refund is based on the amount actually paid for the affected purchase, after discounts, including associated taxes. Previous refunds are taken into account so the total returned never exceeds the amount paid. No standard percentage-based partial refund schedule applies.
What we verify
- The request comes from the purchasing adult or someone whose authority to act for them we can verify.
- The account email, course and receipt reference match a successful ReadyARC payment.
- The request qualifies under the guidelines above, and the purchase has not already been fully refunded.
The request time is when your email reaches support, not when staff approves it. Creating an email draft does not submit a request. If you cannot find a receipt or access your account email, contact support so we can help verify the purchase.
These guidelines do not limit refund rights required by applicable law. The terms disclosed for your original purchase continue to apply; these guidelines do not reduce an existing refund entitlement.
What happens next
- You contact support. Include your adult account email, selected course and receipt reference. A short explanation helps us route the request.
- We review the request manually. Support verifies the purchase, timing and eligibility, then records and communicates the decision. A request does not automatically approve or issue a refund.
- An approved refund is issued through the original payment. We confirm the amount and payment status. If a refund is pending or fails, support follows up; an approval email alone does not mean the funds have reached your bank.
- Access is updated. Paid access granted by the refunded purchase ends after the refund is confirmed. Other valid purchases and saved learning records remain separate. Refunding an accidental duplicate does not cancel access from the original valid purchase.
There is no standard partial refund schedule. If an individual exception is agreed, support confirms the amount and effect on course access in writing before processing it.
